Finally a FAN!!

Purchased this Fantastic fan last year and just wasn't brave enough to cut a hole in the roof =)
Took the Boler to the Bill at Happy Camper and had it installed. It looks and works GREAT!
They did a really clean install!

Just in time for the Rally this weekend at St. Malo! Its suppose to be 34 degrees tomorrow so we'll be happy that we have it.

  1. Tell me more - I am ready to "make the cut" for Fantastic Fan. Just recently cut hole to upgrade old kitchen vent to install an original kitchen window (picked up from
PEG meet in Marwayne last month. Which model of Fantastic fan. I'd like to maximize interior headroom. Was a spacer used and was it install inside or outside? Thanks!

    1. Hi Andrew! Sorry for the delayed response.
I ordered my fan from the Scamp parts store

This model is low profile and designed for thin roof installation. I haven't noticed any headroom issues. Don't bump into the controls or anything.

It's great if you ever cook in the Boler. Its also nice just to blow the hot air out when you first open things up.

A couple things to note...it's kinda loud...even on low, but it makes a huge difference on those warm days!

The cover / dome is much lighter than the original. The wind tends to knock it around a bit depending on how you have your Boler situated. I may consider a cover for it...even though they kinda look like a shark fin....

I was told that you can get free spacers for the install if you call the manufacturer, but happy camper just used a few pieces of trip to finish it off.

Looks and works great! Very happy I made the cut!
